Addy support
Email tristan@draperdigital.com for help with access, sign-in, missing data or a bug. Include what you were trying to do and your iPhone model. Please do not send passwords or private task content.
Getting started
Open Addy and tap Create an account. Organising needs an iPhone with Apple Intelligence on iOS 26 or later; you can always add tasks yourself.
Brain dump
Type or tap Speak and say what's on your mind. Addy suggests to-dos and calendar entries. Nothing is saved until you choose Approve; Reject returns your words so you can change them.
Your tasks
Addy needs an internet connection to load and save tasks. If a save fails, Addy keeps it and offers Retry.
Forgotten password
On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap Forgot password?. We email you a link to choose a new password; it works for one hour.
Account deletion
Open Settings → Delete account and confirm with your password. Your account and everything in it are deleted straight away.
